Rediscover Hope on Your Fertility Journey
Pregnancy is not a given. For many couples it's fraught with heartache and despair.
YOUR PATH TO PARENTHOOD STARTS HERE
You’ve been through so much already, the unsuccessful IVF cycles, endless appointments, and the emotional toll. It’s exhausting and disheartening, leaving you wondering if you could have done more or questioning what comes next.
What if the answer lies in building stronger foundations? Starting with the health of your egg and sperm cells, which lie at the heart of conception. These crucial factors are often overlooked, and while advice like “eat well” and “reduce stress” may sound familiar, has anyone truly taken the time to listen to you? Your circumstances, your struggles, and your hopes deserve to be at the centre of a plan designed specifically for you.
This isn’t just about recovery; it’s about rediscovering hope and taking meaningful steps forward. Together, we’ll uncover what’s impacting your fertility; whether it’s hormonal imbalances, lifestyle factors, or cellular health that no one’s ever explained to you. With tailored therapies and personalised support, we’ll create a plan that nurtures both your body and your confidence, one step at a time.
Every fertility journey is unique, and understanding your story is at the heart of what I do. This is about more than preparing your body; it’s about restoring your belief in your journey and your future.
You’re not alone, and there’s still so much possibility ahead. Let’s rebuild together, focusing on what matters most: you.
For many women, the struggle to conceive isn’t solely a physical one.
In my experience, I’ve found that around 75% of women’s difficulty in getting pregnant are intricately linked to emotional undercurrents. These include deep-seated stress, past traumas, or unresolved grief that may have been buried for years, which are not considered through conventional treatments.
These emotional imprints often unknowingly disrupt the body’s natural hormonal balance, affecting ovulation and overall reproductive health. Healing these unseen emotional wounds can be the turning point many women need, freeing the mind and body to function in harmony.
I have experience if working with many clients who have gone through the IVF journey unsuccessfully, then after working with me had natural conception. In addition I have supported women through IVF so that this has been successful for them.
The Starting Point: Pre-Conception Care - Preparing for Pregnancy

IS YOUR BODY READY FOR THE JOURNEY?
You wouldn’t go on holiday without careful planning, choosing the right destination, packing essentials, and making sure everything is in place for a smooth trip. So why should your pregnancy journey be any different? Before diving into "baby-making" mode, it’s important to ensure your body is in the best condition to support a healthy pregnancy.
Healthy Pregnancy = Healthy Baby
Just as you prepare for a holiday to make it as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, preparing your body for pregnancy helps lay the foundation for a smoother, healthier journey. The choices you make now—before conception—have a profound impact on your pregnancy, birth, and baby’s wellbeing.
When you are considering have a baby these are the things you need to consider.
- How do I know my egg and the quality of sperm is good? (clue - this is not through GP tests)
- Is my period normal? (clue -no pain, clots, lasting between 26-32 days)
- Is my menstrual cycle optimal? (clue - lasting 4-6 days, one per month, are ALL 4 phases good)
- How do I know I am ovulating? (clue - not by using an app or a kit as they can be wrong especially if you diagnoses with or suspect PCOS)
How long should I try for and when should I be concerned?
Most experts recommend trying to conceive for at least one year if you're under 35 and 6 months if you're over 35 before seeking medical advice. However, medical parameters do not consider you individually, holistically or emotionally, so before you jump into the medical world, book a consultation to see if you are communicating with your body and whether it is telling you to TWEAK anything.
FERTILITY ISSUES
Unexplained Infertility

You’ve done everything right. You’ve tracked your cycle religiously, followed every piece of advice, and endured countless tests, only to hear those two words: unexplained infertility. It feels like a gut punch. How can something so life-changing come without answers?
You might be asking yourself:
- “Is it me?
- Did I miss something?
- Why can’t anyone tell me what’s wrong?”
The rollercoaster of hope and heartbreak becomes your new normal, and each month brings another layer of frustration, devastation, isolation, confusion and sometimes even guilt.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
Can feel like an enigma, making it harder to understand your body and your fertility. You might be dealing with irregular cycles, confusing symptoms, and a lingering sense that something’s not quite right. And while PCOS is a common diagnosis, the solutions often feel anything but simple.

One of the biggest hurdles with PCOS is insulin resistance, which can disrupt your hormones and lead to weight struggles, cravings, and an endless cycle of frustration. You may not know it but the long-term effects of hormonal contraception, may have masked your symptoms for years, creating the illusion of regular cycles.
These irregularities can make fertility tests and ovulation kits feel like a guessing game. If your cycles are unpredictable, it’s easy to question whether the timing of your tests is accurate or if the results are even helpful. It’s no wonder PCOS feels overwhelming when the tools designed to provide clarity often add to the confusion.
But PCOS doesn’t have to mean the end of your fertility journey. Understanding your body. I mean really understanding it, is the first step to regaining control. By addressing root causes like insulin resistance, uncovering the true impact of hormonal contraception, and learning how your body’s unique rhythm works, you can begin to restore balance and create the conditions for conception.
You’re not alone in this, and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. With the right support and a tailored approach, your path to parenthood can become clearer and more empowering.

Working with me works - here is the proof!
Pregnant & about to welcome their new family member.
"After years of trying with no answers, two failed IVF attempts including hypo-stimulation and hyperstimulation I was denied a third attempt until I reached the ‘ideal weight’. However, the approach at Natural Fertility and Pregnancy gave me clarity and hope. Within months of working with Sam, I not only understood how my emotional and physical health were contributing to my challenges but I learned about my body and conceived naturally!”

Suffered with physical pain each cycle.
"Sam's understanding of PCOS and the advice she provided made a world of difference. For the first time, I felt like someone really understood what I was going through.”
FL
Mum of 1 and has worked with me since and is pregnant again.
I had years of trying to have a baby naturally, then with several failed IVF attempts I met Sam. I worked with her through what I thought was my last attempt at IVF because I couldn’t face another round physically or emotionally and this time was different, I had success. So when I decided to have a final attempt at a sibling for my baby there was only one person I wanted to support me. And I am ecstatic that once again the IVF worked and I cannot thank Sam enough for her belief in me and my body”.
