This website is run by Samantha Jones, a registered midwife trading as Natural Fertility, Pregnancy and Birth. You can contact me at [email protected] or by post at Rofft, Isallt Road, Llanddulas, Abergele, Conwy. LL22 8ND. By using this website you agree to these terms of use. If you book or buy any of my services, my terms and conditions for services apply as well.
Information, not personal advice
Everything freely available on this website — articles, guides, downloads, videos and social content — is general information to help you understand your body, your options and your care. It is not personal medical advice, and reading it does not create a midwife–client relationship between us. Your situation is individual, and information that is right in general may not be right for you.
Always stay connected to your own midwifery team, GP or specialist healthcare provider, and never delay or ignore their advice because of something you have read here. If you are worried about your health or your baby right now, contact your maternity unit or GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999 (in the UK).
Using my content
The content on this website — including my frameworks, programme names, written materials, images and downloads — belongs to me and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are welcome to read, download and print it for your own personal use, and to share links to it. Please do not copy, republish, sell or adapt it, or use it to build your own materials or services, without my written permission.
Third-party links
Where I link to other websites, services or resources, I do so because I think they may be helpful. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your information — their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Liability for website use
I take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but I cannot promise it is always complete, current or error-free, or that the website will always be available or free from faults. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from your reliance on free website content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow me to exclude. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring a claim in your local courts. If you live elsewhere in the world, note that the laws governing England and Wales will supersede any local laws or residential country laws.
1. Who I am
I am Samantha Jones, a registered midwife (NMC registration number 17G0120W), trading as Natural Fertility and Pregnancy. You can contact me at [email protected], by phone on 07464 627572, or by post at Rofft, Isallt Road, Llanddulas, Abergele, Conwy. LL22 8ND.
2. These terms and your rights
These terms apply when you book or buy any of my services — single sessions, packages, programmes, courses or membership. They are the whole agreement between us, alongside anything we agree in writing when you book. Nothing in these terms takes away or reduces your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where these terms say something more generous than the law requires, the more generous term applies.
3. Important information about my services
I provide midwifery-informed support, education, complementary therapies and coaching for fertility, pregnancy, birth preparation, birth trauma recovery and scar therapy. My work sits alongside your NHS or private maternity and medical care — it never replaces it. I will never ask you to step away from your midwifery team, GP or specialist, and you should keep them informed about complementary therapies you are using.
I do not promise or guarantee any outcome — including pregnancy, a particular birth, or the resolution of any symptom or condition. Every woman and every body is individual, and anyone who guarantees results in this field is not being honest with you. What I promise is honest information, safe and ethical care, and support for whatever decision you make.
My services are not emergency care. If you are worried about your health or your baby, contact your maternity unit or GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999 (UK Emergency Services numbers).
4. Booking and payment
Prices for each service are shown on my website or confirmed in writing before you book, and include any VAT that applies. Single sessions and short packages are payable in advance. Programmes are payable by a deposit followed by monthly instalments, as set out on the relevant service page or in your booking confirmation.
Instalments are collected on the agreed date each month. An instalment plan is a way of spreading the cost of the full programme, not a rolling subscription — by starting a programme you agree to complete the agreed payments. If a payment fails, I will let you know and try again; if we cannot resolve it, I may pause sessions until payments are up to date. If you are struggling to pay, talk to me — I would always rather find a way through together than let it become a source of stress.
Membership of The Fertility Collective is different: it is a monthly rolling subscription which you can cancel at any time, taking effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
5. Your right to cancel — the 14-day cooling-off period
When you book online, by phone or by email, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of booking and receive a refund.
If you ask me to start your sessions or programme within those 14 days and then cancel, you understand that you lose the 14 day right to change your mind as your sessions will be allocated and may not be able to be rebooked at short notice.
For online courses and other digital content, you will be asked to confirm at checkout that you are happy to access the content straight away and that you understand you lose the 14-day right to change your mind once you do.
Cancellations within 24 hours of booking (so long as you have not commenced any programme, treatment, package or other) receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.
6. Refunds after the cooling-off period
After the 14-day cooling-off period, payments for sessions and programmes are non-refundable except where these terms say otherwise or where your legal rights apply — for example, if I fail to deliver the service with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or a price reduction under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Rescheduling and missed sessions
Life happens, and I will always be as flexible as I reasonably can. If you need to move a session, please allow at least 48 hours notice and we will rearrange it at no cost. Sessions missed or cancelled with less notice may be counted as used, because that time was held for you — though I will always use discretion for genuine emergencies.
8. Pausing your programme
If your circumstances change partway through a programme or package, you can put your remaining sessions on hold for up to 6 months. Just tell me in writing. Any agreed instalments continue as planned, and your remaining sessions will be waiting for you when you return. Sessions not used within the hold period are lost, unless agreed otherwise.
9. If you become pregnant during a fertility programme
This is the outcome we are working towards, and your support should change with you. If you become pregnant during a fertility programme, you can choose to complete your remaining sessions as early pregnancy support, or transfer the value of your remaining sessions towards one of my pregnancy services. Talk to me and we will work out what feels right for you.
10. If I need to cancel or rearrange
Occasionally I may need to move a session — for illness, family emergency or professional commitments. I will give you as much notice as I can and offer new times promptly. If I cancel a session and we genuinely cannot rearrange it, I will refund that session. If I have to cancel a programme, course or event entirely, you can choose between a transfer to an alternative or a refund of what you have paid for the undelivered part.
11. Online sessions and recordings
Online sessions take place by video call. Please join from somewhere private and safe, on time, with your camera and microphone working. Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree in advance. Where we do agree — for example so you can rewatch a session — the recording is stored securely, kept only as long as needed for that purpose, and never shared or published without your written consent. Group programme and membership calls may be recorded so members can catch up; you are encouraged to keep your camera on during recorded group calls.
12. Confidentiality — and its limits
What you share with me stays between us. I will not discuss your care or disclose that you are working with me without your consent. As a registered midwife I follow the NMC Code, and there is one honest limit to confidentiality you should know about: if I believe you or someone else — including a baby or child — is at serious risk of harm, I have a professional duty to act, which may mean sharing information with the appropriate services. Wherever possible I would talk to you first. How I look after your personal information is set out in my privacy policy.
13. Your part
So that my support is safe and right for you, please give me accurate and complete information about your health, pregnancy, medications and medical care, and keep me updated if anything changes. Complementary therapies such as acupuncture, acupressure, aromatherapy and massage will only be provided after we have discussed your health together and confirmed they are appropriate for you. Please do not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs. My services are for adults aged 18 and over.
14. Materials and intellectual property
Programme materials, course content, recordings, workbooks and frameworks are for your personal use during and after our work together. They remain my property and may not be copied, shared, published, sold or used to create your own materials or services without my written permission.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow me to exclude. I am responsible for foreseeable loss caused by my breach of these terms or my failure to use reasonable care and skill. I am not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses. I hold professional indemnity insurance appropriate to my practice.
16. If something isn't right
If you are unhappy with anything about my service, please tell me — honestly and directly — and give me the chance to put it right. You can complain by email, post or phone, and my complaints procedure (linked in the footer of this website) explains what will happen next, including acknowledgment within 30 days and a clear explanation of the outcome. If your complaint is about how I have handled your personal information and you remain unhappy, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
17. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one in place when you booked. If I make a change that materially affects a programme you are partway through, I will tell you, and if the change is to your disadvantage you may cancel the affected service and receive a refund for the undelivered part.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
